A little farm, a family-run business.
Six hectares and 1500 century-old olive trees only, located in Castelnuovo Magra, La Spezia province, Liguria region.

Little farm, quality extra virgin olive oils.
Belfiore produces various single variety extra virgen olive oils, such as cultivar Razzola, Lantesca, Prempresa, Leccino.

A blended extra virgin olive oil also made by using a varieties of Razzola, Leccino, Leccione, Frantoio and Castelnovina.
Ample aroma with scent of cut grass, artichoke and almond. Armonious and delicate taste.

Extra virgin olive oil with single cultivar "Prempresa".
Medium herbaceous fruity oil. Delicate aroma with scent of almond, artichoke and tomato.
The flavour is balanced flavour with a slight prevalence of pungency. Herbaceous, almond aftertaste.
Belfiore oils has received many national awards.


The harvest is made between mid-october to mid-december, manually and/or with tools. The product is stored in plastic crates and within the same day, they are brought in a olive oil mill.
Here the olives are washed, pressed, kneaded and then takes place a cold extraction of the oil through a continuous cycle plants.

This process guarantees low acidity of the oil, ensure the presence of a high quantity of antioxidants such as phenols and polyphenols and, last but not least, keep the oil's taste and aroma unaltered.
